美国专家：中美重开沟通渠道有益全世界

中国与全球化智库高级研究员、美国广播公司前副总裁哈维·佐丁(Harvey Dzodin)近日接受中新网专访时表示，尽管美中两国近年来时有摩擦，两国仍然有着难以割舍的经贸纽带，作为两个大国，美中需寻找利益公约数，合力解决共同面临的挑战和难题。他还表示，美中元首会晤或将成为双边关系回暖的一个开端，对两国乃至世界各国均有积极意义。

"The journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step," commented on the China-U.S. Summit Meeting in San Francisco by Harvey Dzodin, Senior Fellow of Center for China & Globalization and Former Vice President of ABC Television, in an exclusive interview with China News Network recently. Dzodin noted that the two world powers share common ground on economic development, environmental protection, among many others. He believes that the meeting has reopened lines of communication between the two and could be a beginning of better bilateral relations.
