从13世纪开始，在中国的青海省黄南藏族自治州同仁县境内，就陆续出现了大批的艺人，从事唐卡、壁画、堆绣、雕塑等绘画造型艺术。人民网西语版外籍专家Álvaro，在中国生活工作期间了解到了热贡艺术并产生了兴趣，于是他带着我们走上了高原。在这里他跟随大师学习了颜料的研磨、热贡唐卡的绘制等技艺，感受到了高原人民勤劳的智慧和灿烂的文化。随着热贡艺术的发展，这种美丽的藏传佛教艺术，从寺庙殿堂里渐渐地融入到了人们的生活中。

Since the 13th century, a large number of artists from Tongren County of Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province have been engaged in the arts of painting thangka and murals, crafting patchwork barbola and sculpting. While living in China, Alvaro, a foreign language expert working for People's Daily Online Spanish Edition, discovered Qinghai Regong art and became interested in it. We joined Alvaro as he experienced the industrious wisdom and splendid culture of the people of the plateau. As he followed a master to learn techniques such as grinding the pigments and painting Regong Thangka. With the development of the Regong arts, this beautiful Tibetan Buddhist art gradually migrated out of the temples and was integrated into people's lives.
